"First shown on British television in 1995, the four-part miniseries The Final Cut was the final chapter in the House of Cards trilogy, with Ian Richardson repeating his role as sly, opportunistic Prime Minister Francis Urquhart. In hopes of assuring himself a wealthy retirement -- and a legacy -- the aging Urquhart tries to negotiate a lasting peace in Cyprus just before leaving office.
