"This IMAX film about the Antarctic comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer that does a decent job capturing the clarity of the original image, but cannot begin to replicate the size of the original image. A closed-captioned English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a making-of featurette. This is a fine disc for fans of travel videos, as well as those who enjoy the breathtaking IMAX images."
