Mr. Roosevelt

A struggling L.A. comedian (No?l Wells) returns home to Austin when the cat she shared with her ex-boyfriend (Nick Thune) falls ill and dies. While there, she grows alarmed by the area's gentrification and the fact that most of her old friends have moved on with their lives, leaving her to wonder if she's the only one still pursuing her dreams or just stuck in a rut. Britt Lower, Daniella Pineda, Andre Hyland, and Doug Benson co-star. Wells also wrote and directed.
