Mejor Es Que Gabriela No Se Muera

A prolific television writer successfully avoids a traffic fine by dispensing "inside information" to the television -loving ticket slinger behind the badge, only to find his plan backfiring when the tip proves false and the office loses face. Miguel (Mauricio Isaac) is an ambitious writer currently stuck in a job penning a popular telenovella. Pulled over for a minor traffic infraction and threatened with a ticket, the fast-talking TV scribe finds out that the cop who pulled him over is a fan of the show, and agrees to spill the beans about a recent plot development on the series. Convinced that he's got the inside scoop, smug cop Bracho (Dagoberto Gama) goes bragging to all of his friends, only to discover that he's been duped shortly thereafter. Now, in order to settle the score, Bracho sets out on a mission to track down Miguel and prove he's not the rube that the writer pegged him to be.
