The lifelong bond between two sibling firefighters is put to the test when an inferno breaks out in a liquor warehouse on the night of their chief's retirement. As the blaze threatens to spread to a natural gas-fueled power plant, the brave firefighters must race to prevent all of Hong Kong from being plunged into chaos.
