River [Blu-ray]

An American doctor (Rossif Sutherland) volunteering in Laos is overwhelmed by the demands of his job. To blow off steam, he embarks on a post-operation drinking bout at a nearby bar, where a group of Australian tourists are plying local women with liquor. But when the doctor avenges a Laotian woman after she is raped, his actions spark an international incident that forces him to make a desperate run for the border into Thailand as he flees from the police.
