A change management consultant finds his carefully structured life thrown for a loop when he falls for a sexy client and starts drawing up plans to leave his wife. Gerald Baumgartner (Randall Malin) is a predictable man who coaches people on how to deal with change. When his latest client, Christina, drops the hint that she's interested in more than mere business advice, Gerald uses his professional know-how to start drafting a plan for personal change.
