"The Palau de les Arts 'Reina Sofia' Valencia mounted this sweeping 2009 production of Richard Wagner's cycle +Der Ring des Nibelungen, comprised of the individual operas Das Rheingold, +Die Walkure, +Siegfried and +G?tterd?mmerung. The all-star cast features such luminaries as John Daszak, Matti Salminen, Stephen Milling, Christa Mayer and Peter Seiffert. La Fura dela Baus did the staging, with Carlus Padrissa directing; the Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana and Cor de la Generalitat Valenciana provide musical accompaniment, with Zubin Mehta conducting and Francesc Perales serving as chorus master. Chu Uroz designed the costumes, and Roland Olbeter designed the sets."
