In order to fight a crime wave sparked by a new illegal drug, the police department invents a new, improved version of its cyborg crime-fighter, Robocop. When the new cyborg crosses to the dark side, however, the original, less-powerful Robocop is the city's only hope in this sci-fi actioner.
