The Dark

When their daughter, Sarah (Sophie Stuckey), mysteriously drowns off the coast of Wales, James (Sean Bean) and Adèle (Maria Bello) begin a frantic search for her missing body. It's only when a ghostly young girl (Abigail Stone) tells Adèle they're looking in the wrong place, does she begin to believe in old Welsh legends and becomes convinced Sarah's imprisoned in Annwyn, the Celtic land of the dead. Learning the ancient rule of rescue -- one of the living for one of the dead -Adèle embarks on a journey beyond madness, as she attempts to rescue her daughter from the gates of hell itself.
