Frontline: The Medicated Child

Bob has a devastating case of cerebral palsy that leaves him unable to walk or talk or feed himself, but the spark in his eyes signals an alert mind and that smile of his turns curmudgeons into clowns. His sister Anne adores him. She understands how she benefitted from growing up with him.
