While most regular citizens view American POWs as nothing less than war heroes, many fail to realize that a good deal of former POWs view their capture as a personal failure, and silently carry that burden for years - and even decades - after returning home from the battlefield. In this award winning documentary, seven World War II veterans come together to share their stories and partake in a unique discussion designed to restore their shattered self esteem. Fifty years after defeating the enemy overseas, these veterans unite on their native soil to conquer one final foe.
