'Angels Against Gun Violence in America' is an interesting Christian novel about various people across America who had visitations with angels who forewarned about possession of guns. This page turner points out the reality of angels and how they were once actual human beings who lived in America. These angels came back to earth whenever there was a tragedy about to occur and even after certain souls ceased earth, after being shot to death. It depicts that there is certainly an after life and if these souls ignored the voice of angels, they would reap it.

The Smith Family begins with a tragic memory that occurred back in the 1970's. Ryan is haunted by the memory of his father, who accidentally shot his mother to death, after he discovers she had an affair with the church organist who was the pastor's son. Ryan's wife, Charlotte is an African American woman who is not only married to a Republican politician who opposes guns, she gets pregnant by a black man who is his opponent. Gerald is a Democrat who insist that guns is not a big issue. This is where the tragedy never ends in the Smith family when there is conflict between two very powerful politicians in the heart of Texas, in the 21st century. Will Charlotte remain married to Ryan or choose to be with Gerald? This christian bi-racial couple is not the only tragic circumstance in this novel, but their situation is just a snippet of this suspense novel.

'Angels Against Gun Violence in America' also features angelic visitations that occurs in New York, Chicago and Oakland, California, not just in the heart of Texas.
