Deadly Advice

The introverted village nut case compulsively murders her relatives in this British black comedy. It is set in a comely village near the Welsh border. Quiet Jody lives a life dominated by her overbearing mother and sister, Beth. He has an affair with a male stripper. Though seemingly normal, Jody is visited by the ghost of a wife poisoner and that of an old axe-murderer. Jody takes the hint and cleaves her mother's skull with an axe. Her sister helps her hide the body, but then later tries to blackmail Jody who at that time is visited by another ghost Dr. Crippen. Jody kills Beth and then her boyfriend. She goes to court and gets off scott free. She then marries her boyfriend Ted. That is not the end of the story...
