Kill Ugly TV

This erotically tinged psychological drama from Japan follows the story of Yuki, a shut-in whose entire life takes place within the four walls of her small apartment - which she hasn't left in years. She earns her living though an odd means - a man named Keiji has a "hidden" camera in her apartment, which he broadcasts on the internet to a number of fans, who pay for the privilege of watching her eat, sleep, watch TV, and occasionally sleep with him. Things change for everyone, however, when Yuki's mother sends over a counselor, who offers her a chance at a new life.
