When his father commits suicide, Jackson (Booboo Stewart) is left with many unanswered questions. He is comforted by his high-school guidance counselor (Kevin Sorbo), but his suggestions are largely ignored by Jackson. When he meets a troubled girl (Rebeca Robles), the pieces of his past begin to come together.
