A witch who was burned at the stake in the 17th century returns to life in the mid-1980s, determined to enact an ancient virgin sacrifice ritual. This horror film follows the reborn witch -- who poses as a motorcycle-straddling punk girl -- as she searches Manhattan for an appropriate victim.
