Two NYPD detectives attempt to restore order to the streets of Brooklyn after the criminal underworld begins gaining the upper hand over the authorities. Detective Christopher Perez and his partner Steve Clarkson are a dying breed: two cops who still believe that justice can prevail in a city fallen to crime. When a vicious drug dealer named Peskin wages war against the mafia, the local street gangs, and the NYPD in a bid to take over the entire city, Detectives Clarkson and Perez realize that they'll need the help of the feds in order to prevent New York City from becoming a total cesspool of crime and decay.
