This documentary follows one of the world's elite bodybuilders, Stan Efferding, as he shapes his body in anticipation of the 2010 IFBB Worlds Strongest Pro Bodybuilder competition. Also, the filmmakers capture how Efferding spends some of his down time, and present images from his victory at the IFBB 2010 Mr. Olympia contest.
