Budokon: Flow and Flexibility Yoga

As invented, developed and honed by Kancho Cameron Shayne, the ancient Asian practice of 'Budokon' deftly interweaves elements of martial arts, yoga and meditation into an all-inclusive regimen designed to advance the mind and body.
