Alive and Kicking

A look at the history of swing dancing focuses on its mid-'90s revival. This documentary features interviews with younger swing enthusiasts, as well as elderly hoofers who helped start the craze decades ago. Directed by Susan Glatzer, Alive and Kicking made its world premiere at the 2016 South by Southwest Film Festival.
