The release Real Yoga for Real People begins with the conviction that many yoga videos require too much of unseasoned yoga participants - from poses that demand extensive experience to advanced meditation that may take years to attain. This instructional program thus tries the opposite approach. It caters to everyday laymen and laywomen, with average and ordinary lives and absolutely no yoga knowledge or experience - teaching them how to take their very first introductory steps into the realm of yoga.
