While en route to a remote African kingdom to collect his inheritance, Pierre Mombin (Luc Saint Eloy) discovers he is not only the last male descendent of the royal family, but may be destined to play a role in a disturbing prophecy. As he digests this information, the Southern King attempts to arrange a marriage between his daughter and Mombin, though the princess has other plans.
