Somewhere I'll Find You

Robert Sterling and Clark Gable play journalist brothers who fall for the same attractive woman (Lana Turner) who also happens to be a journalist. After WW II swings into high gear, the three are swept away to cover international events. The three finally meet in Indochina for an emotional climax. Only a few days into shooting this production, Clark Gable's wife, Carole Lombard, was killed in a plane crash. He insisted upon returning to work, but requested a closed set and that he not be disturbed, hiring guards to ensure his privacy.
