Jack the Ripper

Based on the contemporary research of the director/cowriter, David Wickes, this movie is a fictionalized account in which the famed slasher of 1888 East End London is found. Michael Caine portrays the Scotland Yard Detective Inspector Frederick Abberline, who conducted the original investigation, and, through two parts, discloses some of the more gory details of the heinous murders of three prostitutes by the infamous Jack the Ripper.
