Rich, Young and Pretty

In this light musical, Jane Powell is a Texan girl who accompanies her rich-rancher pop to Paris and falls for her dream-guy (Vic Damone). They encounter her mom (French film star, Daniell Darrieux) who she's never known (after giving birth, the mom fled Texas and ran away to Paris), who has hooked up with a new beaux (Fernando Lamas). The fact that the mom and daughter have yet to discover their relationship, presents the opportunity for some interesting twists.
