This film focuses on midget Harry Musk, who is met with cruelty and insensitivity wherever he goes because of his small stature. Unable to adjust to the "big" world, Harry falls in with bad company. Redemption comes in the form of midget Dolly Burke, who convinces Harry to go straight.
