When the American army occupies Germany after the fall of the Nazi army, and American G.I. falls for a sympathetic frauline whose young brother is involved in a resurgent group of Hitler youth, which proceeds to steal, kill and enable war criminals to escape. The horror of Nazi atrocities is grimly recalled with the use of actual war film.
