As the Hollywood buzz couple, Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher took the lead roles in this musical comedy about a salesgirl who rescues an infant from a fall and is mistaken for the child's mother. She ends up taking it in, and, of course, her new beau, the son of her boss, is thought to be the father--which causes a bit of a scandal.
