When Confederate supporters Johnny (Roy Orbison) and Steve (Sammy Jackson) manage to intercept a cargo of Union gold, they expect to return to the South as heroes. However, the Civil War ends while they are en route, leaving the pair without a safe haven to return to. This film includes seven songs written by Orbison, including "Rollin' On," "Medicine Man," and "Good Time Party."
