In this musical, Esther Williams and Red Skelton play a pair of carnies running a dunk tank. While plying their trade, someone mistakes Skelton for a wealthy oil baron and takes him back to live in the lap of luxury. Unfortunately, when the real tycoon appears, mayhem ensues.
