When a group of men, led by Tuck Kirby (James Franciscus) stumble into a forgotten valley populated by strange, prehistoric creatures, they capture and bring back a giant allosarus. When the group attempts to make money by putting the creature on display, it escapes and begins to terrorize a Mexican town.
