The Chapman Report

The Chapman Report is an exploitation film that concerns a sex survey from the Irving Wallace book of the same name. A fictionalized study of the sexual escapades of four Los Angeles women, they are "interviewed" by Paul (Ephrem Zimbalist Jr.). Sarah (Shelley Winters), is involved in an adulterous affair with a theater manager. Kathleen (Jane Fonda) is fearfully frigid. Teresa (Glynis Johns) provides comedy relief as the cynical housewife who wants more to her sex life. Naomi (Claire Bloom) is the alcoholic nymphomaniac. Cloris Leachmann has a small role in this mongrel of a movie produced by Richard Zanuck and directed by George Cukor.
