"The adventure drama series Daktari originally aired on CBS from January 1966 through January 1969. It followed the experiences of a group of Americans living abroad, on a reserve in Africa, and working with wild animals. Present are veterinarian Dr. Marsh Tracy (Marshall Thompson), his daughter Paula (Cheryl Miller), assistant Jack Dane (Yale Summers) and an African native named Mike (Hari Rhodes). Episodes dramatize the ensemble's interactions with animals, natives and game poachers. This box set contains the second half of Season Two."
