Elderly Scottish skateboarder Sir Billi (voice of Sean Connery) contends with a Russian submarine and a ruthless animal control officer on a mission to save a fugitive beaver named Bessie Boo. Fortunately, Sir Billi and Bessie Boo have a town full of animal lovers who are willing to help them protect the Highlands.
