A man tries to fulfill a promise made to his dying mother that he will lead his ex-con brother to Christ. The brothers make progress as they work together to rebuild a run-down church but when a desperate man tries to rob the church at gunpoint, a tragic sacrifice makes way for redemption and forgiveness.
