Raiders of the Seven Seas

In this swashbuckler, a lusty pirate must flee after he is caught in the Sultan of Morocco's harem. He ends up stealing a Spanish prison ship; the inmates become his devoted crew, and they set sail to take on the Spanish fleet. Their constant victories over the Armada become embarrassing to the proud Spaniards, especially when the pirate steals the heart of an important officer's lovely fiancee. The ambitious officer desperately wants to become governor of Cuba, so when of the pirates becomes a turncoat, tells all to the officer and kills the pirate captain's first mate at the officer's biding. The pirate captain figures out the plot and threatens to destroy Havana for revenge, but at the last minute realizes that a trap has been set, turns-about and heads for the high-seas leaving the humiliated officer to explain his actions to his higher-ups.
