Dr. Frank (Craig Hill) attends to the victim of a mob beating. When the victim dies, the mob hunts for the good doctor because he has identified the assailants. Doc takes off and heads for the hills where he hides out for a year as a sporting goods clerk. He falls in love with the daughter of the local innkeeper before the mob finds the dodging doctor.
