In this science-fiction spoof, flying saucers appear over the White House, and the President of the United States is torn between his advisors' conflicting advice. When the aliens land, they appear to be very cheerful. However, appearances prove deceiving when the "friendly" aliens abruptly disintegrate the entire U.S. Congress.
