In this suspenseful action thriller, Chicago police hostage negotiator Danny Roman is the main suspect in the murder of his partner. Danny invades the Chicago Internal Affairs Division headquarters and tries to get the truth from Inspector Terence Niebaum while holding two assistants and Commander Frost as hostages.
