This remake of Elaine May's The Heartbreak Kid stars Ben Stiller as Eddie, a man who as the film opens is getting married to a woman he proposed to after knowing her for just one week. While on their honeymoon he discovers that his new bride is an many ways a horrible person, and at the same time meets a woman (Michelle Monaghan) who he begins to realize he should have married.
