G.I. Blues

Stationed in Germany, Tulsa McLean (Elvis Presley) and his soldier buddies Cookey (Robert Ivers) and Rick (James B. Douglas) while the time away by teaming up to form a musical group. When Tulsa runs into stand-offish cabaret singer Lili (Juliet Prowse), he attempts to gain her affections in order to win a $300 bet that his friends made. As Tulsa tries to capture Lili's attention, she ends up stealing his heart. This film features a number of songs, including "Shopping Around," "G. I. Blues," and "Doin' the Best I Can."
