In this comedy, a clever inventor creates a shaving cream that doesn't need razors and is paid $250,000 by a razor blade company to forget about it. The fellow ends up using the money to take his socialite fiancee on a world cruise. Romantic mayhem ensues and he loses the girl. Fortunately, another soon takes her place.
