An ex-convict seeks to connect with the daughter he left behind as his former boss attempts to lure him back into the drug trade. Donnie was well on his way to ruling the streets when he convinced his best friend Jeff to help out with a major drug deal. But when that job goes awry, Donnie is sentenced to a decade behind bars. Upon his release, Donnie vows to change his ways and become a real father to his daughter, Grace. Unfortunately for Donnie, his old boss knows that times are tough, and a shady offer to make some quick cash may be too tempting for the hard-luck ex-con to pass up.
