A free spirited Preacher's daughter in search of her freedom and independence set off on a journey to discover who she was. Once a trapped young girl in the ways and standards of her Baptist up bringing, now was a growing young woman married to one of the most sought after preachers in the world. She soon discovered The First Lady position, along with the role of a wife and mother, was not all the glamour it appeared. She wanted out. Deep within was a lost girl searching to discover who she really was, and a sense of belonging. With nowhere to go, and no one to turn to; she ventured through life not properly geared with the armor to avoid life's bumps and bruises. Looking for peace, she ended up within the walls of a mental institution helpless and alone.

Terra Denise is a former Service member of the United States Air Force. She is currently pursuing her Marketing degree. In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach to write, dancing, and watching CNN. She lives in Boynton Beach, Florida with her two daughters.
