In this comedy, an indebted gambler attempts to evade the IRS. When his wife leaves him, the gambler attempts to get her back. To earn some quick cash, he cons advertisers into backing a plan to fly him in a hot-air balloon to his wife in Palm Springs. The flight crash-lands, but the gambler does get his wife back and the IRS men finally leave him in peace.
