The Mysterious Mr. Wong

Not related to Boris Karloff's "Mr. Wong" series, this follows the plot of an Asian madman to become the ruler of a Chinese province by obtaining the legendary Twelve Coins of Confucius. He gets past the cops, but not a wisecracking reporter.
