40 Years in the Making: The Magic Music Movie

Veteran TV writer and producer Lee Aronsohn's documentary follows his efforts to recreate the all-acoustic mystique that scored his coming-of-age in Boulder, Colorado, in the 1970s. He tracks down the former members of Magic Music ? a pioneering "jam band" that disappeared into obscurity despite their initial popularity ? and convinces them to reunite for a nostalgic reunion show four decades after their disbandment. With the help of archival footage and photographs, he unpacks their story and the ideals of the Woodstock generation.
