02 in H20: A Self-Help Course on Breathing in Swimming

This instructional program teaches viewers how to maintain steady breath while swimming. With exercises based around practice with a water bowl, a shallow pool, and a whole-body stroke in the water, the program teaches how to both remain oxygenated and improve swimming movements so that the two processes can aid each other and create maximum comfort and efficiency for both new and experienced swimmers.
