As its title suggests, the workout release Patrick Goudeau: Having a Ball With ABC and Patrick Goudeau relies on the use of a stability ball (not included with the program itself) to engage viewers in cardio-speed exercises specifically designed to impart balance and a strengthened core, while burning fat and thus slimming and toning the body.
